Please choose one of the following BEFORE going forward with your registration. Cannot be changed once you complete registration.

POA - if you live in BHR and pay dues, you use this option to sign up for swim team.

If you do not live in BHR you must have an Associate Membership to use the pool amenities and join the swim team.

Associate -This membership will give you full access to the pool and swim team along with invitations to our social events for one full year (May 2026 to April 2027). 
**New to 2026**- The BHR Board has requested that Associate Membership dues are to be paid outside of swim team registration.

• Associate Membership annual dues ($700) need to be paid directly via check dropped in the clubhouse dropbox. Make checks payable to: BHRPOA (Black Horse Run Property Owners’ Association Raleigh Inc.). If you are new to BHR Associate memberships : Our fee structure is a $700 annual fee, plus a $700 initiation fee. Equestrian amenities are not part of associate fees.
• Swim team dues will be charged seperately through this registration. 

Associate members must sign this agreement.
