Swimmers need to wear competition suits for practices and team suits (or team colors in a competition suit) for meets.
All competition suits should be one piece for girls and jammers or speedos for boys.
No loose suits or 2 piece girls suits.
Please have your swimmers wear Caps for swim meets! Look like a team, swim like a team!
