Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
Job sign ups were done via registration.
Sign ups will be closed just before time trials and all spots locked in.
If you need to make changes please try to find a change with someone and email [email protected] with any changes so we can update the system for the accuracy of the check list at meets.
IF you have an emergency day of swim meet, email / call / text Dan and we will work it out. Then find another job sign up if you can to replace your spot.
Swimmer sign out :
Go to the meet you will be absent from - click the green button for meets - edit your swimmer to show 'not attending'. Make sure you do this by the Friday before each swim meet or at the beginning of the season.
If your swimmer is not signed OUT of a meet, we will have incorrect heat sheets and potential relay issues that cause alot of issues during and right before a meet when we find out your swimmer is NOT THERE. Please don't let that be you. This process works if everyone does their part.
