Clinics are an optional way for a swimmer to focus on a specific technique skill within a stroke or other race parts. Clinics are also great because they are a little bit more time in the water! Time Trials. This meet is meant to give all the kids a chance to swim and get a first time of the season. Only BHR swimmers participate in this meet. This is also a chance for parents to learn new volunteer roles for the season. |
